Defense Official Says Countering China, Russia in Western Hemisphere Requires Multiprong Approach

China and Russia each pose different challenges for Latin America and the Caribbean, so there needs to be adjustments to the Defense Department’s strategies, the deputy assistant secretary of defense for the Western Hemisphere said.
