The Pentagon announced Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III remains at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center in Bethesda, Md., while recovering from complications related to a mid-December surgery to treat prostate cancer.
The Defense Department is making leaps when it comes to fielding cutting edge technologies, a senior Pentagon policy official said.
