Hicks Named Sponsor of Newly Named Nuclear Submarine

The Navy revealed the next Virginia-class, nuclear-powered submarine will be called the USS Baltimore and that Deputy Defense Secretary Kathleen Hicks would serve as the vessel’s sponsor.
