U.S. Poised to Begin Arms Delivery to Ukraine, Begins Talks on Niger Withdrawal

U.S. officials are poised and ready to begin delivering needed military capabilities to Ukraine following passage of supplemental budget legislation by the House of Representatives, Pentagon Press Secretary Air Force Maj. Gen. Pat Ryder said.
