Russian Targets More Than ‘Messaging,’ Pentagon Spokesperson Says

Russian airstrikes that hit the city of Yavoriv in western Ukraine on Sunday illustrate an effort by the Russians to expand their target set in the country, the Pentagon press secretary said.
